OribaeGames ("we") explains in this policy what information we process in connection with the game Park-Go-Round (the "Game"). The Game has no sign-up or login, and we do not ask for your name, email address or other contact details except when you choose to email us.
Effective date: November 5, 2026
(1) Bug reports — only when you send one
We receive the following only when you send a report from the in-game report window. If you don't send one, we receive nothing.
The text you write in the report
Game version, platform, operating system version, device model, game language
A short summary of the screen and mode you were in
The last part of the game's log — the device user name contained in storage paths is removed before sending
Your save file (progress and settings) — you can choose not to attach it in the report window
A report number (randomly generated, used to find your report if you ask us to delete it)
Purpose: to confirm, reproduce and fix problems. Each item is the minimum needed to reproduce a problem, and the save file is optional. Please do not include your name, contact details or other personal information in the report text.
Legal basis: as part of performing the agreement under which you use the Game, we process this without asking for consent, to the extent needed to carry out what you ask for by sending a report — checking and fixing the problem (Korean Personal Information Protection Act, Article 15(1)(4)).
(2) Play statistics — you are asked on first launch, and can change your choice in Settings at any time
To tune difficulty and balance and to find errors, the Game sends play records to the analytics service GameAnalytics (section 4). The Game asks you on first launch whether to send them; until you answer, nothing is sent. That window also asks for your consent to the statistics being transferred outside your country (section 4).
What is sent: progress records (daily results, progression milestones, shop choices, in-game currency earned and spent, a range for how many runs you have played, etc.), error information (error type, the code location where it happened, the game phase at the time), whether the previous session ended abnormally, some game settings (input device type, whether color vision support is on, game language), game version and distribution (e.g. Steam Windows, demo), and a range for days since install
Sent along with them (added by the analytics service): a randomly generated identifier (the "stats ID" in the Game's settings — section 6); on iOS, also the identifier for vendor (IDFV), shared by apps from the same developer, and the ad tracking permission status; device model, manufacturer and operating system version, network connection type (e.g. Wi-Fi), session information, and the time of each record
IP address: the analytics service uses it to estimate your approximate location (country, region, city) and keeps it in shortened form for up to 30 days. We do not receive IP addresses.
What is not sent: name, email, account, advertising identifiers, precise location, any text you write, error messages or file paths
We do not put the statistics identifier into bug reports (including the logs and save files sent with them), and when analyzing the statistics we do not match them against bug reports to find a particular user's records.
Legal basis: your consent, given in the window shown on first launch (Korean Personal Information Protection Act, Article 15(1)(1)). Turning the statistics off in Settings stops further sending.
(3) Support and rights-request emails — only when you send one
If you email support@oribaegames.com with a question or a request under section 6, we receive the following.
Your email address and what you write in the email (such as a report number)
Purpose: to answer your question and handle your request (access, correction, deletion, etc.).
Legal basis: as part of performing the agreement under which you use the Game, we process this without asking for consent, to the extent needed to carry out what you ask for (Korean Personal Information Protection Act, Article 15(1)(4)).
The Game does not use web cookies or advertising tracking. The Game keeps the following on your device.
Play statistics: records not yet sent (the analytics service keeps them on your device briefly before sending), launch, session and run counts, markers for progression milestones reached, the last activity time and other state, and a copy of this device's statistics identifier (used for deletion requests — section 6). None of this is created before you choose "Send" in the window shown on first launch.
Bug reports: a copy of a report that could not be sent because of a network error or similar (the same content as section 1(1); at most 10 reports, for 7 days). It is re-sent automatically the next time the Game runs, and a copy older than 7 days is deleted without being sent. Pressing "Don't send" in the report result window deletes it immediately.
How to change it: choose in the window shown on first launch, and afterwards change "Send play statistics" in the Game's settings at any time. When turned off, nothing more is sent.
Bug reports: deleted 6 months after we receive them.
Support and rights-request emails: deleted 1 year after the matter is closed.
Play statistics: under the analytics service's (GameAnalytics') retention policy, record-level data is kept for at most 12 months and aggregated data for at most one year, and shortened IP addresses for at most 30 days (GameAnalytics privacy notice, section 8 — checked November 2026).
Bug reports and support emails, once deleted, are fully removed from our storage provider's (Google's) system backups within 180 days.
Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered. Where a law requires us to keep something, we keep it separately for that period only.
We entrust the following processing to service providers, which involves transfer outside your country.
(a) Bug reports and support emails
Provider / recipient: Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA · privacy inquiries: support.google.com/policies/contact/general_privacy_form)
Service: Receiving and storing bug report emails and support emails (Gmail · Google Workspace)
Countries: The United States and the other countries where Google operates data centers (Google's published list: www.google.com/about/datacenters/locations, checked November 2026). The Google Workspace edition we use has no data-region setting, so we cannot narrow the location within that list.
When and how: When you send one, over the network
Information: The bug report information in section 1(1) and support emails in section 1(3)
Retention: As in section 3
Basis for transfer: Storage needed to perform the agreement under which you use the Game (handling what you ask for and your inquiries), disclosed in this policy (Korean Personal Information Protection Act, Article 28-8(1)(3)).
How to refuse: Don't send bug reports or emails. Refusing does not limit your use of the Game.
(b) Play statistics
Provider / recipient: GameAnalytics Limited (United Kingdom · operating company GameAnalytics ApS, Denmark · privacy inquiries: privacy@gameanalytics.com)
Service: Collecting and storing play statistics and providing analysis dashboards
Sub-processors: Amazon Web Services (servers) and Google Cloud (data storage), among others — United States. See section 5 of the GameAnalytics privacy notice for the list
Countries: The United Kingdom, Denmark, the United States and other countries where GameAnalytics processes data (GameAnalytics privacy notice, section 7 — including the United States and Hong Kong; checked November 2026)
When and how: During play, over the network
Information: The play statistics in section 1(2) and the information sent along with them
Retention: As in section 3
Basis for transfer: Your consent, given in the window shown on first launch (Korean Personal Information Protection Act, Article 28-8(1)(1)), which states the recipient, countries, timing and method, items, purpose and retention, and how to refuse.
How to refuse: Choose "Don't send" in the statistics window, or turn the statistics off in Settings. Refusing does not limit your use of the Game.
GameAnalytics processes the statistics on our behalf. It does not use them to identify, contact or advertise to you, and does not sell them. It may use only aggregated information that cannot identify you to operate its own services (GameAnalytics data processing addendum).
We do not provide your information to third parties, except when required by law.
Bug reports: you can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop processing a report you sent. Email support@oribaegames.com with the report ID shown in the result window after sending (you can copy it there). We will act without delay (within 10 days) and let you know. A legal guardian or authorized representative may also make the request. The report ID also serves to confirm that you are the person who sent the report. Without it we cannot confirm that and will not act (please copy the ID from the result window), unless you can confirm it with information only the author would know, such as what you wrote in the report.
Support and rights-request emails: you can ask us to access, correct or delete the information in emails you sent, at the same address.
Play statistics: copy this device's statistics identifier with "Copy stats ID" in the Game's settings and send your request to support@oribaegames.com. We will forward it to GameAnalytics and let you know the result. If you played on several devices, each device has its own identifier. Turning the statistics off in Settings stops further sending.
Access to the information we receive is limited to our operating account, which uses two-step verification.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
We do not share the information externally, and information past its retention period is deleted automatically or in periodic reviews.
The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, and it does not verify your age. Bug reports and emails are received only when you send them, and play statistics only when "Send" is chosen in the window shown on first launch. If we become aware that information came from a child under 14, or a legal guardian asks us to delete it, we delete it without delay.
Platform features such as purchases, multiplayer and achievements on Steam, the App Store or Game Center are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies. The platform account identifiers and display names used for multiplayer travel only between your device and the other players' devices while the Game runs; we do not receive or store them.

The legal basis for bug reports and support emails is our legitimate interest in checking and fixing the problems you report and in answering your inquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). This assessment also took the interests of child users into account. You can object to this processing or ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 6).
The legal basis for the play statistics is your consent, given in the window shown on first launch (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)); that window describes the information stored on your device, the sending, the storage on servers and the statistical analysis together. Turning the statistics off in Settings withdraws that consent, after which nothing more is sent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. GameAnalytics acts as our processor. Please make requests about the statistics as described in section 6 (statistics ID).
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
